Diamond level sponsors must have their information submitted by March 15th in order to have their logos displayed on our jerseys.
All other sponsorship levels must have their information submitted by May 20th, 2012.
Ride Jerseys – Your company’s logo displayed on a specific team’s ride jersey. The logos would go on the back pocket of the jersey. The logo dimensions would be 4-inch x 4-inch.
Van – Each ride will have two 15-person support vans. A custom vinyl window decal would be placed on one window of both vans.
Water Bottle – A fully customizable water bottle would be given out to each of our riders and used during the trip.
Duffle Bags – A 10-inch x 10-inch logo will be placed on each of the rider’s duffle bags.
Go Pro Camera – Diamond sponsors would have their logo display at the beginning and end of each day’s video footage for all 70 days. Platinum sponsors will receive their logo on 35 days worth of footage. Gold sponsors will receive their logo on 10 days worth. Silver sponsors will receive their logo on 5 days worth.
Emails – a sponsor logo would be listed on the left hand column of all 4K for Cancer emails sent out.
Website Link – A linkable logo will be added to our list of sponsors at the bottom of our home page.
Each level of sponsorship represents opportunities for one of our three rides. If your company wishes, you could choose to sponsor two rides for a discount of 15 % off or three rides for a discount of 25% off the prices listed above.
