What is your connection with the cancer community?
Cancer is sadly a reality that so many people are dealt with everyday. You never know when it will come knocking at your door or your loved ones doors. Although no one close to me in my life has ever died from this disease, I have known numerous people who have. It’s a sad thing to watch, and I can only imagine how devastating it is when there are no more options. With my aunt being a survivor of breast cancer and my sister recently being diagnosed with thyroid cancer, the reality hits very close to my heart.
Why are you riding the 4K for Cancer?
I am riding the 4K for Cancer to inspire people to keep fighting against cancer. This journey will not be easy, but I know I will be successful because it’s for such an inspiring and good cause. In my life all I really want to do is help others and do what I can to make this world a better place. To be able to be part of the fight against cancer is truly amazing.
